Classic Beef Steak Tomato Salad with burrata, mustard bread crumbs, chervil and a creamy sherry vinaigrette.

Winter Black Truffle Risotto with butternut squash, crispy prosciutto, tarragon and grana padano.
Choice of Entree:
24 hour Red Wine Braised Osso Buco Short Rib with buttery whipped potatoes, nigella seed tempura onion rings, broccolini and confit shallot butter

Horseradish Crusted Salmon Medallions with dilled cucumbers, fennel puree, baby carrots and a whole grain mustard sauce.
Dessert:
Goat Cheese Cheesecake with chocolate crust, cocoa nib creme anglaise, white chocolate crumble and marinated raspberries.
